Provide ability to collect Z values in Arcgis mobile. Currently there seem to be a limitation to collect Z and M values using ArcGIS Mobile. But this limitation to collect Z values would really affect the field workers who really need to store elevation data.

Being able to collect the X, Y, and Z values is vitally important. The ArcMobile 10 software is designed to run on GPS units which were created to collect the X, Y, and Z. Time stamp would be another good field to collect.

Collecting the z-coordinate value would do you no good. Why? Collecting data in WGS-84 device only collects latitude, longitude in 2-dimensions. Plus when you bring back the GPS data to Arcmap it is 2-D format. Just trying to help you out.

I also really need to collect the value of Z. Currently the only way to do this is to create a field of type integer and let the user enter the value observed in the GPS. Too bad.
