Allow rotate tool to select features

It's frustrating to have to click between the arrow and the rotate tool when rotating multiple graphics/labels. Click and release could select the label/graphic. Click and hold, rotates the currently select label/graphic.

Or Add a Keyboard short cut I can't even assign one in the customise dialog.. I might have to create a VBA tool..
