Web App Builder - Date Filter clauses should be same as in Web App Viewer

In the Web Map Viewer, you can filter on a date field for "is in the last" or "is not in the last" X days/hrs/weeks/etc. These option are not currently available in the WAB filter widget.

Would also be useful to have the ability to filter on dynamic future dates...
