Make it so that a graphic feature, say like a map border or a title block, can be locked to prevent accidently grabbing and moving the graphic.
This is possible in ArcGIS Pro. See https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/layouts/work-with-layout-elements.htm
Another cool trick when working with those lock checkboxes, is that you can highlight multiple elements in the layout's Contents pane, and hold Ctrl + click on the lock to toggle locked state.
