It would be great if the “view cache status” tool gets available in ArcGIS Pro
Are you referring to being able to see the status while caching is in progress?

How to view the cache status for a cached service using Arcgis pro,
We couldn’t figure out where is the cache status on the Arcgis pro, otherwise, we can find it on Arcmap by clicking right click on the service. Is this available in Arcgis pro?
As a workaround:
Head to your cached service within the cache directory
i.e. *ArcGIS Server Dir*\directories\arcgiscache\*name of cached service*\Layers
Open the layers folder
Copy status.gdb to a accessible location for ArcGIS Pro. Ideally a folder that you already have a folder connection to (ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro will interpret the Layers folder above as a raster, you can't 'dig' into this)
Open status.gdb using the catalogue pane.
Drag CacheStatus into the TOC.
Open attributetable.
View cache status.
Thank you Aled, it is very nice workaround, it works fine! but the old approach of Arcmap is much better, I highly appreciate if esri team consider this in the coming release.
The person building the cache may not have access to the ArcGIS Server so this workaround is very limited.
This appears not to be available in 2.5
Is this planned for 2.6?
Being able to view the cache status is a critical part of our workflow.
This functionality needs to be part of Pro.
Has anyone figured out how to do this yet? I'm currently on Pro 2.6.2, can't upgrade past that yet unfortunately.

To be honest I liked more how things were organized in ArcGIS Desktop.
Thanks for the tip @andrei_ste ! I still don't like the fact that I have to open server manager just to view the cache status while running the geoprocessing tool to manage the cache status, but at least it's possible. I agree with you though, I preferred the options available in ArcGIS Catalog. Job status completion percentage alone is not enough. I'm still hopeful they will add that option into Pro.

@JamalNUMAN I agree completely. I was just rebuilding the cache for one of our large basemaps and the only place I could find cache status information was in ArcGIS Server Mananger. The Job Status queue is not reliable nor comparable to the information that Arc Catalog provides. The cache status window visible in ArcGIS Server Manager should be accessible for any cached service in ArcGIS Pro.
I discovered that when you publish a map or image service and you set up the cache properties, the map or image service is added to the Job Queue where you can view the cache status like the documentation says: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/sharing-job-status.htm
If you click the Jobs button in the Publish Image or Map Service:
The Job Queue panel will open and you can view the cache status over there with estimated time remaining and percentage completed:
I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.9, but I think this option is available also in earlier releases.

Yes I could stop the CachingTool instances, but that's not convenient if I have more than one caching process running simultaneously.Esri should provide the same way of managing cache than before. That's not user friendly at all in my opinion.
In the job queue you will have all the caching procesess sent from Pro that are running simultaneosly. Why is it inconvenient? In a script I don't think the older tool was any helpful than this one. In both cases I think you have to check yourself the status and close the process. Maybe the ArcGIS Rest API can be helful with this
@andrei_ste I confirm you could stop / start / manage caching process for a service from ArcMap without using the job queue or a Geoprocessing Tool. As the caching is running on a server and could takes several days to complete, its inconvenient, sometimes impossible, to keep ArcGIS Pro open in case you need to stop the process.
@MaximeDemers if you save the project in Pro and close it, the process should remain in the Job Queue. I've tested with publishing a new service earlier and it worked. As I stated in another comment you can also close a caching process from ArcGIS Manager. I agree with you and everyone else in this thread that it was maybe more intuitive in ArcGIS Desktop. People maybe got familiar with that flow. But I think Job Queue is fine as well, and since Esri introduced it, I don't think they are gonna give up on it. Hope everything I wrote helps. Take care
