Pop-up: ArcGIS Online vs ArcGIS Server

Hi!

Which pop-up has preference? One stablished in ArcGis Server or the one I configure in ArcGis Online?

I'm using a layer stored in ArcGis Server that has a pop-up configuration to show in ArcMap. Now I have to use the same service for a map viewer I'm developing in ArcGis Online. I enable the pop-up window for that layer, but when I click on an element it says "no information has been found".

Could be a conflict between the two pop-up configurations?

   The popup established in ArcMap is not used by AGOL and you will need to enable and configure popups for each layer you want them for in AGOL nap Viewer.
