ArcGIS Online Easy Thumbnail Creator (PHP)

A thumbnail creator for ArcGIS Online written in PHP with some jQuery. The goal was to create an easy to install and use thumbnail creator for our users. Installation is as easy as unzipping the file and putting it on your server (PHP required, as well as the PHP GD library).
