Hi Javza,

Track Viewer does not support additional layers or drawing graphics.

If you are using ArcGIS Enterprise you could configure notifications by configuring GeoEvent Server to read the last known locations and do server-side geo-fencing. You could do something similar with ArcGIS Analytics for IoT if you are using ArcGIS Online.

I've got a few question about the Tracker for ArcGIS.

Can we add a buffer in the tracker viewer on a location or polygon?
Is there any way to get a notification if the tracked person walks/drives out of the circle/buffer?
