In ToC: SelectLayers() and scroll to it

Is it possible to select a Layer in the ToC and have ToC scrolled to the selected layer? With

ArcGIS.Desktop.Mapping Namespace > MapView Class : SelectLayers Method

I can select layers in the TOC however it doesn't navigate to the Layer
