I have this problem with my ArcMap 10.5 and i have good network connection and y try to configure in my ArcGIS Administrator with portal and i get the same message, so if anyone can help me i will very grateful, look this is the error

Thank you i will check that page,I just repair unistalling ArcMap 10.5 and Installing ArcMap 10.4.1 i dont know how my ArcMap 10.5 get crash with the connections.
