You can download the tools from the following location (no password needed):
http://downloads.esri.com/archydro/archydro/setup
However if you need to use the ftp site, you can use the following password:
ADSRiver.2017b
It is either the current year or currentyear with b at the end since the password has to be changed every 6 months.
