Missing Network_BUILDERR table

I am planning an upgrade to the Utility Network from the Geometric Network for a water utility. As a part of this I would like to identify network build errors per this documentation:Identifying geometric network build errors—Help | ArcGIS Desktop . However, the BUILDERR table does not exists for the geometric network I am QCing. I assume it must not have been created when the geometric network was created.

Is it possible to create a Networks_BUILDERR table for an existing geometric network?
