Does anyone know why links to pdf and other documents are not working on Open Data sites? This is possibly related to the post:Missing data on open data site but I don't think so. The documents show up on our open data's page here:
https://data-sarco.opendata.arcgis.com/search?collection=Document&tags=01-40
but the link to open the pdf document from our Open Data page will not work in either Chrome, IE 11 + or Edge. This began yesterday March, 14 2019. The document opens easily from the sharing url here:
https://sarco.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/afed03539711453091e4d689127c383d/data
Any insight is appreciated . . .

Tech support has informed me that a bug has been created for this issue.
The error has already been resolved with the last release.
