Configuration of my portal

In Excel using ArcGIS Maps a window appears "Functionality such as the following will not be available due to the configuration of your Portal for ArcGIS." Can't "Add Excel Data using the Address Location Type". I am unable to use my own parcels in my Online account, says that it can't access it. This worked on Friday. What do I need to change in order to access my portal through excel program?
