sign in error in survey 123 template (Invalid redirect_uri Error: 400)

Am use Survey 123 enterprise template in app studio for arcgis , hence when i try to signin to arcgis online in survey 123 template the following error will display :

ArcGIS Portal Directory | Home

Login | Signup | Generate Token

Error

Invalid redirect_uri

Error: 400

Please help me ...

Try adding urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob in the Redirect URI's: field in your App Registration details for the app in AGOL.
