AppStudio apps not displaying legend and lables

Hie good people

Have created a mobile android app using AppStudio for ArcGIS and the map viewer template. The app installs well but its not displaying any item under the legend tab. Also labels are not displaying even though the original map in ArcGIS online is displaying labels. What could be the cause

But what about legend? I have one map service and the map viewer template. Original map in ArcGIS online is displaying legend but device is not.
