I can't see the Arcgis Earth when I start the application. I can add layers and I can see the coordinate system is the right one, but there is only a black screen:
I have directX11.1 installed
And there is no proxy server:
Any tips on what to do?
You need Direct X 11 for sure, just check the driver status again and version

There are other links on GeoNet you can check just do a search here using 'black screen' for all references to driver issues

I checked the conversations and I'm sure that:
- there's not running any proxy server
- i'm running DX11
could it be something else
If you are sure... I will flag CAndrews-esristaff to see if anything else has been added to the list
