upgrading from 10.2.2 license manager to 10.3.1 in a distributed license organization

Hi all,

I'm planning to upgrade LM from 10.2.2 to 10.3.1. I've a distributed license configuration with two LM.

Can I upgrade LM on both servers or must I dehautorize the second one before?
