Why does the map open VBA, when I try to unlock it?

I can't unlock the lock after I add a map to PowerPoint. When I click on the lock, it just opens VBA. The map is public. I have version 4.0.0.358. Any ideas? Thanks in Advance.

Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings > Enable all macros

I finally got Office 2010 on my computer and decided to try this out. I was experiencing the same behavior. I enabled macros as suggested above and I still get the same results of the VBA window opening.
