Install ArcGIS SDK for Android

Question

I am trying to install ArcGIS SDK by following the tutorial. However, after installation I don't have the wizard of "ArcGIS for Android". But I can run Android samples from google. I am not sure where I did wrong.
My environment is:
Eclipse 3.7.1
ADT plug-in 16.0.1

I unintalled the ArcGIS for Android, and installed the SDK by running eclipse as administrator which solved the problem!
