Is there a way to save graphics to put in a manuscript?

Other than a screen capture, is there a way to export or save a high-resolution graphic to place in a manuscript? I'd like to put one in a Word document.

Hi,

Right now there is no better way than a screen capture if you want a static image. We hope to make some strides in this direction in the future.
