sdemon -o info -I {users} in ArcGIS 10.6

Hello everyone,

Environment: SQL Serve rand ArcGIs 10.6.1

When an SDE connection cannot be opened with ArcCatalog. how do you check the  users who are connected,. I am looking for a command similar to the old: sdemon -o info -I {users}

Well, I would say using ArcPy or any other ArcGIS Desktop tool is out because they would likely use the same underlying code that ArcCatalog uses to connect.
