Unlinking maps in ArcGIS maps for office

Hello, sometimes when I create maps and share them using arcgis maps for office, when I reopen the document in excel the map is no longer linked. For this reason I lose the possibility of being able to update the data from excell. Why is this error?

I also get errors from OLE files (attached image), also arcgis maps for office does not always open correctly when I try to start a section...
