A custom model that was created is not loading

Question

I have a set of custom models that were created some years ago to complete a major work task.   I havent used thte tools in a couple of months.  I opened them up today ran the first model, all went as expected.  Opened the second model and nothing happens.  Check all the subsequent models all worked as expected.

I closed arc map and reopened choosing not to save any changes.   Same result....    The model worked fine the last time it was used.  Without it I'm Dead in the water......  any suggestions   I'm not even sure how the model was even set up so dont know if I can recreate what it did

I don't see any model parameters, so I suppose everything is hard-coded into the model. Check all the tool dialogs (yellow boxes) and make sure they are filled out appropriately (e.g. do the datasets exist?).

Besides that, what happens when you click the blue 'Run' button?

Okay,  I found the model window in a tiny box a left hand corner of screen.....
