Elevation Profile Add-In

The Elevation Profile Add-In service appears to be down. It is not generating any elevation profiles. I've tested it on maps where the add-in previously worked and it is no longer functioning. It only displays a blank pop-up when I run it. This can be the result when there are too many vertices, but that is not the case this time.
