WebApp Builder-Proxy Aware??

I am attempting to use webapp builder.  I can successfully use it on a laptop connected to our "public" wireless network.  I cannot "run" the app on my PC connected to our network.  Looking at network traffic, it appears that the webapp builder may not be proxy aware.  Can anyone confirm this?

Status: Assigned

Not sure when the bug actually will be fixed. As a workaround please see the following thread: Working with WebAppBuilder behind a corporative http proxy
