Is there any tool in ArcGIS Pro which can calculate the value of solar potential on the facades of 3D buildings ?

There´s a methodology to extract solar potential on facades (see the Publication´s Tab)
...you could use the Points Solar Radiation tool and specify slope and aspect for each point.
