Using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 and when running a getFeature on my dataset multiple results are returning xyz in the poslist which when translating to another application is affecting the data and the layer isn't showing up - how can I resolve this is

This is the getFeature request I am running:

https://gis.manateepao.com/arcgis/services/Website/PictoWebLayers/MapServer/WFSServer?service=WFS&version=1.1.0&request=getFeature&maxFeatures=100&typename=Website_PictoWebLayers:R_Street_Names

There are multiple results you can see that are pulling in the poslist "xyz"

I have a valid coordinate system set on this WFS and am confused where these are coming from - it's affecting the viewing of my layers in a different program - can someone please help?
