Azure AD Oracle 12C SDE?

Is there a whitepaper or guidelines on how to connect Oracle 12c SDE with Azure AD so we can have a SSO with ArcServer, Oracle DB and AGOL? We've figured out the AGOL and ArcServer piece, just not the Oracle side of things.
