what is the best way to view a web map application on a mobile device that was created in arcgis online. I created a web app using the arcgis online web template and now I would like to view land test the app on mobile devices . What is the best way to do this. Thanks!

Hi Melisa,

You can simply open the URL to the web application on your mobile device's browser.  If you are looking to collect data, I would recommend using Collector for ArcGIS.
