Anyone know where I can get the polygon data to display the 7 USPS service areas?

I wasn't able to find polygon data explicitly for the 7 USPS Service Areas, but I did find the USPS Districts layer on ArcGIS Online, one attribute of which is Service Areas: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=6a33b150f2e943f4bc2936db04f78c1a
You should be able to open the layer in a Map Viewer or in ArcGIS Desktop/Pro. From there you can choose to adjust the symbology or use the Dissolve—(Data Management) tool to aggregates features based on the area name.
