i downloaded arcgis earth 1.3 to my laptop ( i7-2.2GHz-8GB RAM-64 bit - Win 7) but i got the black screen , there is coordinates but with black screen, any advise ?

In previous versions it was either due to a proxy issue or a monitor spec/driver issue
