Center Points Displaying as Boundary Points

I have noticed some center points displaying as boundary points. I understand to correct this problem, the parcel will need to be unjoined/rejoined. Is this a symbology problem? Does having a center point display as a boundary point affect the integrity? Is there a way to identify them by running either the Parcel Fabric Check or Full Fabric Scan? I have highlighted a couple in the snapshot.
