Is it possible to open new windows when click on Operations Dashboard Application in homepage ???

If you right-click and choose "Open Link in New Tab" it will open in a new tab. You can also hold 'ctrl' (command on mac) on your keyboard when clicking it to open it in a new tab.
Note: this is for opening dashboards in edit mode (opening dashboards in viewing mode always open in a new tab).

I am talking about the dashboards on my organization's home page. I want when I click on it it opens in another window like WebAppBuilder applications
