I want to calculate centroid of many shape files in one time like I can add field in many shape files by batch tool. Is there any tool by which i can do that?

otherwise, create a model in modelbuilder to automate the process.
You could try model builder using Iterate Feature Classes—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop or use batch processing and Add Geometry Attributes—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop
