Adding Geoprocessing service to ArcGIS Viewer for Flex or Silverlight

Sir Iam working on developing GIS base navigation information system using Network Analysis capibilities.

I am using Arcgis , Arcgis Server and Arcgis viewer for Flex .For developing web application I need to create geoprocessing tools which have already developed.

I have already published my data and the tools in arcgis server.

next I am using Flex viewer to take data and tools from Arcgis server

It takes the data from arcgis server but I don't know how to add geoprocessing tools (service) from the server to the Flex viewer.

In this regard i need some guidance that how to add geoprocessing tool from the server

  You should not be developing anything using ArcGIS Viewer for Flex. ArcGIS Viewer for Flex is an unsupported technology by esri. Esri's support of Flex has already ended. You need to look into the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS​
