arcgisws 10.4

Hello,

context:
after we upgraded our servers from arcgis 10.2  to 10.4, we started having issues with FeatureServerBindingStubmethods in our Java backend, 
methods like applyedits() and getCount().

I started looking for documentation but I am unable to find the Java arcgisws 10.4 api documentation

the most recent one I could find was the 10.0:

so I have basically two questions:

1. is arcgisws still supported in arcgisws 10.4? can we still use classes like FeatureServerBindingStub in 10.4?

2. If it is still supported, where can I find the 10.4 api documentation?
