Feature Layers not displaying in Operations Dashbaord

Question

Hi,

I can't seem to display certain layers on Operations Dashbaord.

Whereas on a Webmap - all these feature layers display correctly.

Attached below is an example.

I also have this issue. All layers are visible in my web map, but the dashboard only shows one layer. I know I am looking at the right web map because changing its extent changes the extent in the dashboard...
