Arcmap Addins (10.3.1 C#): Sharing Common DLLs

I have created a few addins for Arcmap. I wanted to know if i can share the common set of Dlls I have between them.

I know Arcmap has the asembly cache, and per GUID(addin) all dlls have to be in there. Is there not a way to reference other folders?
