If there was a pole or vertical infrastructure data model for utilities and cities to provide information on structures that telcos can attach too, what type of information should be included in the data model? Structure type, condition, etc.

I would like to find a database with pole information as well.

I would think there some attributes would include:
Height
Class
Birthdate (date of installation)
Condition
Other attachments (on pole)
Pole Owner
I'm sure the telco would also want to know a price per attachment on pole. But, you wouldn't have to include that in the data model if it's a flat rate across all pole assets.
I'm sure I'm missing a lot, but I like the question!
