Hi,

Why i cant see the Split By Attributes tool in my toolbox, I'm using ArcGIS Desktop 10.3 Standard version and in Esri website they say the tool is available for all versions.

Split By Attributes tool is a new addition in ArcGIS Desktop 10.5

What's new in ArcMap

For 10.3, you could use SplitLayerByAttributes tool by Dan_Patterson‌.

It works really well. I was able to separate 60 features based on a field from one feature class, and get 60 shapefiles.

I see that XTools and a USGS tool were often used before 10.5. It is available at all license levels in 10.5x and 10.6x.
