How can I draw contour on the map

I am doing this project for the Bureau of Meteorology,They want us to draw contour on the map,but i can't find the interface in the api, how can i do it ?Thank you

I know  Arcgis Desktop can draw contour, but the questtion is I  must draw contour in  the web and  in a real-time,so can't use acgis Desktop server,it can't draw contour in a real-time

The requirements need to be specified a bit more since you have posted this in the API for JavaScript, when there are several places that contain existing tools to produce contours, for example

Contour—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop and there is an equivalent for the 3D analyst and Geostatistical analyst
