No output file from hydrology - fill tool

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the spatial analyst-hydrology-fill tool. When creating a raster from a DEM I get no output file.... The workspace is defined, the raster analysis cell size is set to same as original DEM. The results tab in the toolbox says that the file has been made. Why can't I find an output file anywhere?

show your tool inputs source and destination file names.  When selecting the output, navigate to the folder, specify the filename with a *.tif file extension.  It may be a case where the Environments workspace isn't getting picked up.

Also... obviously not spaces in the input/output filenames or their paths.
