I want to create an intersection between a buffer layer and areas of certain population density

I am using 2106 USA population layer from living atlas and I filtered it's to show only population densities of 5000 per sq mile. I tried to run analysis, overlay, etc, but the population layer does not show. What do I need to do to the population layer in order to make it able to run as analysis? Thanks in advance

Hello,

Thank you for your question. The Esri demographic layers are not supported within geoprocessing tools. If you'd like to aggregate population density into polygons, try using the enrichment tool in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Pro.
