Whenever I try to edit the version and to post the same I am getting the error "The version could not be reconciled. Another application is currently editing the version." What is a solution?

I get this occasionally as well, hung connection or something.

Whenever it's convenient, get rid of all user connections to the DB, close all your sessions and launch a new one, then see if it will reconcile and post. If not, try rebooting the DB and then reconcile/post.
