I am getting an error message while running Production Mapping, Increase Area Size Tool in ArcGIS 10.4.1 and do not know how to fix it for more than 3 days.

Hello. I am getting an error message while running Production Mapping, Increase Area Size tool in ArcGIS 10.4.1. I have tired to reinstall it again, but still I am getting the same error. Does anybody know how can I fix this error, please?
