I want to do flood zone modelling and am using Arc GIS 10.4. The HEC-GEORASS in the MFT site is only for 10.3. Where can I get ArcGIS 10.3? Can I use my lisence for 10.4 in 10.3? Alternately, Where can I get HEC-GEORAS for ARC GIS 10.4?

Currently MFT site credentials are:

mft.esri.com  sftp: port 22

User login:  ADSRiverHydraulics

Password changed to:  ADSRiver.2016   -->   ADSRiver.2016b   (wef 2016-08-26)

Will open into the /camp folder, drill down from there.
