Date/Time (with seconds) in OD?

Question

Since the change in date/time formatting in the AGOL popup configuration as noted HERE, I have not been able to show date and time in the Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS‌ popup.

Is the team aware of this new popup configuration in AGOL and are you working to fix it in OD?

I was able to load OD v10.3.0.825 this morning.

This issue is fixed in this version.
