Hello everyone, i want to select pixel value that greater than average raster value. Can anyone shows how to do it in ArcGIS Pro?

You will need the mean/average, if it isn't already calculated

Then use the > tool

You could code all this, but use this to check your results and see the spatial delineation with the last tool
