[WTB] Fictional city day and night render

Question

Hi all,

I'mm looking for someone to create a fictional city and make a day and night render of it. We have a contemporary sandbox game, and need a "citymap"
Current illustrations are attached. 
I would like the same, maybe a bigger city in a better quality, higher resolution.

I guess for someone who is familiar with Esri Cityengine -> 3DSMax és Unreal Engine workflow, this is quite a quick work. The only specification is that the city need to have a seashore/beach.
